Last week, both teams were asked to work on what they would like to put on their posters for the festival. The captains (Mason and Kaylee) were asked to write a short summary of what their teams discussed and send it to me. Both Kaylee and Mason did a great job writing their summaries and sending the summary report of their team to me. I printed copies for everyone and distributed them to all the team members and asked them to review the summary for their team and make sure that they agree which they did agree after a couple of minor changes that had to be made.

 

We are getting very close to the Festival 2024 date (December 14, 2024). With teams not having a meeting next Thursday, November 28, 2024 (Thanksgiving), our teams needed to start working on their model and setting up their mats the way that they want to set them up on the festival day. Therefore, both teams were asked to start working on setting up their mat to match as close as possible to their model/story. They did a great job figuring out where on their mat they wanted to put everything on. To ensure that they would be able to duplicate the setup when they attend the Festival 2024, they used sticky notes with unique numbers next to each setup after they set up each area.
